Welcome to Art In Motion Tattoos! When you visit our shop, get tattooed, or even just browse this website, you agree to a few basic things that help keep everything running smoothly.

Booking & Deposits

  • Appointments require a non-refundable cash deposit. This secures your spot and goes toward the cost of your tattoo.

  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations? You’ll lose your deposit. We block out time just for you.

  • If you’re late, it may cut into your session — or you might need to reschedule.

Walk-Ins

  • We take walk-ins when we can, but appointments always come first.

  • Availability varies day to day, so it’s best to call ahead if you’re hoping to walk in.

Health & Safety

  • We follow strict hygiene protocols, use single-use needles, and sterilize everything after each session.

  • Minors (under 18) must bring a valid photo ID and be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

  • Don’t show up intoxicated — we won’t tattoo you, and you’ll lose your deposit.

Refunds & Touch-Ups

  • Tattoos are permanent. We take that seriously — but we don’t offer refunds.

  • If something heals weird or needs a little love, touch-ups are available at your artist’s discretion. Just reach out and we’ll make it right.

Respect the Shop

  • Be kind. To your artist, to other clients, to the front desk, to the vibe.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who’s rude, disruptive, or unsafe.

What You Can Do:

  • Share our work with credit (thanks for spreading the love!)

  • Take our art to another shop to get it copied

  • Screenshot, repost, or reuse without permission

  • Pretend our work is yours (seriously, don’t be that person)
